Responsible for the market promotion, customer development, business negotiation, and order closing of the company's products/services, achieving individual and team sales performance targets, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and contributing to the company's market share and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- 1. Develop new customers and maintain existing relationships with major customers to achieve sales targets.
- 2. Conduct technical exchanges with suppliers, understand their requirements, and provide solutions.
- 3. Manage and train sales team members to jointly achieve sales targets.
- 4. Monitor market trends and competitor information, and devise marketing strategies for the team.
- 5. Work location: Shanghai.
- 6. Able to accept business trips to the surrounding areas.
Requirements
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in science and engineering, with a preference for chemical engineering and materials engineering.
- 2. Have more than 2 years of sales experience.
- 3. Familiar with the basic principles and practices of marketing and sales management, with strong market analysis capabilities.
- 4. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing strong relationships with clients and suppliers across various levels.
