Modified Castor Oil
Arkema CRAYVALLAC® modified castor oil is a modified hydrogenated castor oil, a bio-based rheology modifier (60%-100% bio-content). It is a white fine powder with excellent dispersibility, featuring shear thinning and thixotropic recovery. It effectively prevents sedimentation and sagging, improves storage stability, and is compatible with solvent-based, solvent-free, and high-solids systems. Widely used in coatings, inks, adhesives and sealants.
