Brazing Flux

"Brazing Flux, commonly referred to in the industry simply as flux, is an indispensable auxiliary chemical material in the brazing process. Its primary function is to break down and remove contamination and oxide films from the metal surface, allowing the molten liquid filler metal (brazing alloy) to flow smoothly, adhere firmly, and fill the joint clearances—ultimately bonding the two metal parts securely together.

Non corrosive Paste and Paints

Formulated paste flux (or brazing paste) is a highly efficient material in modern industrial welding. It is a paste-like composite material that pre-mixes filler metal powder (the molten alloy), brazing flux (the oxide-removing agent), and a carrier (binders and solvents) in a scientifically optimized ratio. By simplifying complex welding chemical reactions into a single, precise dispensing application, it serves both as a chemical protective agent that cleans surfaces and ensures joint strength, and as a process carrier that enables high-efficiency industrial automation, thereby significantly boosting automated production efficiency
